I just got back from Cabo today and I already miss it. My friends and I had a great time and I really appreciate your help in putting together Cabo Smoke. The venue was perfect, the food was amazing, and the staff was awesome. The cigar girls you picked were a hit with the group (including the ladies) and the waiters were a fun bunch. Also Eduardo from the pool service was the best. Please pass on our appreciation for the great job he did taking care of us.

Btw, if any of your guests need cigars, don't send them to Jose (I forgot the name of the store). He didnt bother responding after the first email or two even though we were looking to buy four or five boxes from him.

We're planning on going to Maui for a relaxing New Years so I'm not sure if we can make it to your NYE party. But if our plans change, Ill definitely let you know!

Thanks again for your help in setting up the event. Ill be in touch for next year's event and also Im sure some other trips before then.

I just wanted to drop a quick note to say I had a great time at Nikki Beach in Cabo San Lucas. Especially the service out on the deck, in particular our waiter I think his name was Oscar. Anyways Oscar treated my husband, and me so well we cancelled our reservations elsewhere and
went back the following day. The service at Nikki Beach has helped renew
my faith in the service industry there in Cabo. Again thanks for the
great time I will definitely tell all my friends! Looking forward to
next year!

All that and the best thing was our heavenly server whose name we couldn't pronounce but will never forget.

Forgive me for taking so long to send our thanks. I was absolutely wiped out on Friday after our epic night at Nikki Beach. Y'all were so kind to invite us out to the beach on Friday but we were truly out of commission. I traveled all day on Saturday and have been working my way out of the dog house all day today.

Please call me if you are ever in Vegas or Austin and I look forward to my next trip to Nikki Beach.

I recently stayed with you twice in the month of July and didn't get a chance to comment on my experience. I frequently stay in Cabo throughout the summer months and haven't stayed at the ME until this year. I just wanted to say that I was blown away by the service and the comfortability of the environment at the resort I had an excellent time from the Passion Club to the sushi @ Nikki Beach. I do have a few names of people that attended to me during my stays that in my opinion provided me with exceptional service and hospitality ensuring that I will stay at the ME cabo again and again.
Passions Lounge - The entire staff including Edgar, Jhonny, Tony, and of course Stefano.
Nikki Beach - Daniela and Leticia were a lot of fun and really sweet!

I just wanted to take a moment to compliment a particular member of your staff - Sarah. So many times, people will stop to complain when something goes wrong, but will not take a minute to point out then things go really well. During a week long trip in Cabo, a few of my friends and I stoppedinto Passions on the 18th because we had heard so much about it. That particular night, Sarah was working on and took the time to talk to us about the club, show us around, and make us more feel more than welcome. Being that it was just a Wednesday night, we knew we needed to bring the rest of our group back on Friday. Sarah graciously took the time Wednesday to allow us to reserve a table and go over the details of your bottle service. We were a little nervous about heading back Friday because while myself and my friends are all in our 20s, we did have three sets of parents with us all in their mid 50s. As soon as we walked in the door, Sarah happened to be in the front and warmly greeted us. Even though she wasn't our waitress for the reserved area we were in, she showed us over to our table, took the time to introduce our waiter to us, and made sure everything worked out. I can say without a doubt that the parents were all extremely impressed by the overall atmosphere and by the quality of service we had. Immediately all of the parents loosened up and had an amazing time - which was perfect since Friday was the last night before returning home. Overall we were incredibly happy with the service and attention provided to us - we truly felt like we were something special. If we ever find ourselves back in Cabo, you can guarantee we'll be returning to Passions for another night of fun.

Thanks again for providing such a wonderful night to leave Cabo on!

My friend and I recently visited Nikki Beach while on vacation last week in Cabo, and I just wanted to let you know what a great time we had! Nikki Beach was so beautiful and relaxing. Our servers Alex and Nelson were the BEST servers in all of Mexico. They made sure we had everything we needed at all times. They were so personable, friendly, and efficient we came back the next day! They should really be commended for their hard work and dedication. An establishment is only as good as their employees so I thought I should let you and them know what an excellent job they have done.
